The Great Manly Masculine Game Equipment List Competition
So, okay, since this is the 'gamers' forums, might as well engage in the manly sport of chest-thumping.
Let's see your 'equipment', gentlemen (also known as the 'which elk has the biggest horns' competition)!
Me:
PC 2.2 ghz, 128 Meg video, 1 gig RAM - library of over 100 games
Nintendo Gamecube - library of 4 games
Nintendo N64 - library of 16 games
Nintendo Gameboy - library of 2 games
Nintendo Gameboy Advance - library of 4 games
Nintendo SNES - library of 45 games
Nintendo 8-bit - library of 18 games
Sega Genesis - library of 7 games
Neo Geo (yes, the useless 500$ system) - library of 1 game
PS/1 - library of 33 games
Commodore 64 - library of 120 games
+ Many, many random desktop arcade games that run on GIANT batteries, like Q-bert, Defender and Pac-Man.

I'm also being silly in the above. I know full well that age and career have everything to do with the amount of gear a guy has. I intended merely to find out how MUCH gaming equipment the average SD.net denizen has.

If we're counting consoles, I should boost my console count up to the hundreds...Keevan_Colton wrote:I've a PC with emulators for pretty much everything.... I dont even have to move to play games from the consoles.

Screw that, can I just have all your extra consoles and games? I promise that I'd take really good care of them. And I *used* to be marginally good looking in a tall and dark sort of way, so maybe I can haggle them away from you with ten-year-old photos or something.Kelly Antilles wrote:Do you look like your avatar?Baron Mordo wrote: In lieu of marrying me, can I come live with you? My list is pathetic(barely 100)...my friend(whom I *borrow* from) is around 900+ games and around 24~25 consoles.
Me and my friends believe he is trying to contact his homeworld...because NO ONE needs that much of stuff...and no that isn't all he collect
And he wonders why he's in debt.
Did I mention 50% of them HAVE NEVER BEEN OPENED.
Yes...opened.
Many times I've thought I should just bop him and take his stuff.

I have far, far too many games for my P4 2.53 GHz than can possibly be healthy.
