The Legend of Zelda opening/overworld theme; Chrono Trigger's opening theme and Lavos theme, as well as the Balloon Ride ending; Chrono Cross's opening theme; Final Fantasy VI overworld theme (Esp. the Terra in Black remix).

The WCII theme was the best damn theme ever!

This one is a stretch. The very last level before King Dede in Kirby's Dreamland on the NES. It was the black and white level. That theme.

Just about any thing from the NES, SNES and N64 versions of Legend Of Zelda. And Frog's Theme from Chrono Trigger and Magus's was pretty cool too.

Magus had such a sweet theme. The final battle music was great, too.

Hell March kicks ass. Whenever I play I put that on loop.

Other than that the Cosmo Canyon song from FFVII, and the Zelda Theme Song, the one it plays in the fields.

All the Tetris themes.

Any of the music from GTA1. It was almost all believable pop music. I could imagine tuning in the radio and hearing any of that stuff... especially that hilarious country station that had ONE song

Homeworld: Adagio for Strings. It just fits so well in the first and third mission.

Colony Wars has come ass kicking themes. Vendetta however, I always had a problem with thiers. Seemed like even in the midst of battle I'd be treated to a serenat or however you spell that.
