Anyone know a service that actually offers multiplayer services for this age-old game? I got an "internet patch" for DN3D but it only works if I have someone else with the same patch, and it's not one of those multiplayer nets.

Damn what I would do to play this again.

I used to play on heat.net ... you mean to tell me its not around anymore ?

If I remember correctly, heat got absorbed by Gamespy.

I play Duke, it rocks. If only for IP play...

I tried loading it back up a few months ago, but I couldn't play it anymore. Since switching over to mouse looking it's difficult to play Duke that well because of how horrible the mouse look works for me in that game. I tried going back to my Keyboard Only playing style, but I'm too use to quick turns now.

There is IP play. I dunno where it is since I got it from an AIM send, but it only works if the other person has it, and there isn't a listing so we need to plan ahead in order to get a game.

Does Gamespy have support for DN3D? I really don't feel like installing GS and screwin up my multiplayer just to find out DN3D isn't there.

I've got LOADS of good maps for the multi player game, I've got a sort of SD if anyone wants it, it's not exactly great, but it's still pretty sanzy!
