I've found a deal on amazon.com for a like new, used sega dream cast with all the cables, manual and one controler for about 40 bux. Should i get it or am i gonna find a better deal? Taking into account the limited ammount of soft/hard ware available for this platform due to the ceasation of hardware production and the stoppage of new game releases in the US. Please respond.

like i posted on a previous thread...i found one on eBay with 17 games 5 controllers(one fishing), 4 rumble packs, and 2 VMUs for $80. new and used games/ accesories can still be found at places like EBgames, Software Etc., Gamestop, Planet X, and even FYE, Toy R Us, Wal-Mart and K-Mart if they're trying to get rid of overstock. eBay is the main place i go to for anything like this that is out of production and getting harder to find. all i can say is to check the seller's feedback first so you don't get robbed.

IIRC, Toy R Us was selling them new for that price for some time. I don’t know if that’s still the case. However I personally wouldn't pay anything for a Dreamcast as this point, if you haven't gotten hooked on any games by now then it's not worth spending money on the system and then some more on a couple old games so you can actually play it. Though 40 dollars plus what you pay for games isn't that much to lose.

You better hurry up, or I might buy it.
Is the seller's feedback rating decent?

That's a great deal. Now if you can find games in your area, you're set!
