Here's some stuff about the upcoming RTS game, the War of the Ring.

There's been rumors I've heard about it, but this is the first proof I've seen that it is acutally in development. I hope it's not just a shitty Age of Empires rip-off.

From the look of it I think it will be more like Warcraft 3, with heroes and the like.

While those screen shots do look a lot like War3 turned high res, I doubt the similarities will be all that great. Hopeful this thing wont end up massively delayed. I doubt it will get canceled though, not with a third movie coming to stir up even more interest in LOTR.
