The Lost hereby petition all states for the permission to traverse economic exclusion zones during long-range transit. In addition, we respectfully request permission to enter sovereign space for purposes of evacuation of the endangered or displaced. We are willing to hear conditions on our passage that are reasonable, but will request concessions in exchange for each condition.

The New Roman Empire will allow the Lost to travel in Imperial space so long as the Imperial authorities are notified of their arrival and kept updated on their location.

However, we require that the Lost take no aggressive action against the Roman Empire at any time.

The Free Floater Republics offer the same freedom we offer all others, and would request that other nations also show the Lost courtesy and allow them passage through their territory.

We will allow passage provided you submit to the proper customs inspections and pay any applicable fees. Other than that you are free to come and go.

The Kokand Empire would like to remind the Lost and others that the whole point of an economic exclusion zone is other vessels may pass through, though they are subject to inspection. These are the rules that will govern any Lost or other transit though the Kokand Empire EEZ.

The Lost may only enter sovereign space of the Kokand Empire for humanitarian purposes when requested to do so.

The ATJ does not recognise the sovereignity of any ships within its territories, but will respect the rights of other vessels in open space.

The PSR makes no claims as to 'economic exclusion zones' due to the fact that no appreciable economic activity takes place outside the heliopause of star systems.

The PSR will allow the Lost to travel unmolested through it's space, with the proviso that this is considered to be innocent passage. We reserve the right to revoke such access, or to inspect vessels which enter national space and behave suspicously (such as lingering near military installations, dropping matter, deviating from assigned course).

The UPK's stance toward military vessels in our sovereign space is the same regarding all empires. It's only allowed when direct permission has been granted beforehand.

TSCotC have no exclusion zone. However significantly armed vessels will be expected to abide by the rules laid down for millitary passage though our space.

If we are informed the Lost can travel freely through PIR territory and are protected by PIR law.

the new nation of Whats Left Will Allow the lost to travel freely through its terratory and evac who you wish it they go willingly.

The Raian republic permits the Lost free transit through its space, on the condition that their weaponry is deactivated. Any who wish to remain and settle in Raian territory will be given land to do so, provided they develop their homesteads at their own expense and live under Raian law.
