The Krytos Star Empire, which is in a stage of increased military production has produced an Excess of military-grade starships and is willing to sell them provided that the technology used by these ships will not be reverse-engennered the price is high but four Glory class battleships i think you will find it worth your while

What sort of weapons do these ships carry, and why wuld they be worth such a vast expenditure?

If you could provide the techincal aspect the Asgard Empire would be interested in negotiating a reasonable prive for them.

the New nation of whats left would like to buy two of the mentioned ships.

Technical specs Glory-class battleship

armed with 8 heavy mass drivers(60 megatons 4 RPM each), 24 medium particle beams(30 megatons 20 RPM each), 48 light particle beams (15 megatons 40 RPM each), 6 heavy nutron guns(58 megatons 6 RPM each) and 40 anti-starfighter missile launchers(180 kilotons 100 RPM each) the Glory is the second best ship in the KSN she can carry a full wing of starfighters and ten thousand ground troops for ground invasions

Shields and hull armor are designd to withstant a prolongd battle with ships with similar or greater armmament also has an exstensive array of sensors and communications FTL is slipstream drive

They are not so much weak as they are suited to their task. Mine is admitedly a scientific minded...and rather paranoid culture...We spend a lot of time researching weapons tech.

The KSE has already reached an agreement with the Asgard (If they agree to the terms) but we have many shipyards producing many warships i'm sure that the KSE and the C'tan Confederacy can work somthing out

That will not be neccessery, we were interested in taking them off the market rather than needing them.

If you are interested in taking surplus military equitment off the markes perhaps you would be interested in a single Dominator-class cruiser. We were waiting to crew it but the maitenance costs exceed what the ship would be worth to the KSE it is now being put on the open market

it has 12 heavy mass drivers, 36 medium particle beams, 50 light particle beams, 4 heavy nutron guns, 2 ultra-heavy mass drivers (200 megatons 1 RPM) and 60 anti-starfighter missile launchers. it carries 2 starfighter squadrons and 6,000 ground troops
