I can offer a drop of tariffs from 2% to 1% if interested in an alliance, and I can also offer a treaty of mutual defense.

The Asgard would like to offer the Skaven a mutal trade treaty and we would like to begin mutual defense treaties and potential membership in the New Beijing Alliance.

The Fenari currently have a mutual defense agreement against our ancestrial enemies (Pesteliance, Chaos, Kzin & Jormungar) it is doubtful that the if the False God's returned such a small alliance could last.

The Kokand Empire should be able aid the Fenari if the threat was great and could grow to threaten our own interests. However it is unlikely we can commit to a treaty, if that is what you seek.

We are deliberating carefully the proposal of New Beijng alliance. We ask if the alliance is currently in a state of conflict. The Empire would be reluctant to sign itself into an active war without good reason.

No, the New Beijing Alliance is not currentlly in state of war nor is there any likely at this point.

What are your current trade arrangements? If you allow free trade, then Floater merchants will trade with you, without any special trade agreemtents. If you charge merchant ships for the right to enter space and do business with you, than most Floater merchants will avoid trading with you, due to ideological problems we have with trade restriction.

Unlike the Romans, we do not require payment to enter our space or trade. However, we do have the usual customs inspections and tariffs. Sale of recreational drugs is illegal until the Trade Committee of the Rattenrat can independently confirm their safety. Is this acceptable?

No...Though our entire Population is atheistic... our devotion to science could ALMOST be considered a religion...any prostylizers will have their religion ripped to pieces by even the least intelligent of our people. So, such "witnessing" would not work. It would probably be best if they didnt...but we would not stop your people from trying.

The Kokand Empire would like to open trading relations. Kokand has a massive manufacturing base and considerable experience and equipment for mining and construction. We are always seeking resource development contracts.

And what if our god happened to actually exist, and is standing behind you right now wearing a chef's apron and holding a warpfire thrower in each paw?

We would have to do experiments to prove that he/she is infact a god.

Kokand Empire isn't interested in colonization, so much as building things for your own uses or development of mining sites, just to make that clear.

The PIR offers the Skaven Empire a mutual trade agreement.

The Fenari are primarily interested in trade, (Minerals, industrial goods, power generation systems, etc.) The Fenari do not sell wormhole devices, but can rapidly get any special requests to an outlying ship through such technologies. *Note the Teleportation is from generator to point* they can form a wormhole to a location where no wormhole generator exists, but it requires more power and has a shorter range.

In a series of ships/out posts and other such techniqures strung out the Fenari can rapidly transport or communicate (It's just that it requires that the ships systems be exclusively slaved over to that purpose.

The Skaven Empire welcomes the fine good of the Fenari. Is there anything that you particularly wish to buy or sell?


We have a request on a military note. Seeing as how we are allies, we have a proposal to improve our mutual knowledge and cooperation. Would it be possible for us to exchange soldiers for training in our respective arts af war, so that we know how best to employ each other's forces if ever our alliance should be invoked?
