GTA: Vice City- Worth It?
I played the hell out of GTA 3. I saw GTA:Vice City has just come out. Is it just more of the same stuff as in GTA3? I mean, GTA3 was fun, but I don't think I'll play it again for a very long time. Jumping over stuff and killing cops with grenade launches get old after a while.

Whilst I never played GTA3, GTA Vice City is brilliant fun IMO. I love the 80's time period.

Well, I have the PC version of both games, if you had fun playing the missions, yeah, it's worth it, plus graphics are much better, there's helicopters, and the 80's rule.
Car chases are much more fun, with faster cars, and walking cops put spikes to take out your tires.
O, yeah, bikes, there's nothing in the first one quite like riding a bike while being chased by tanks

For you maybe not...honestly while they improved some things and added some stuff.
I beat GTA3 the whole 100% dealie...and doing that to GTA:VC...there wasn't enough new stuff to hold me except my insane nature to want to win.
Thus...wait for GTA4...because GTA:VC is truly GTA3 with shiner graphics and a few more vehicles and things to do but if you're worn out of GTA3...GTA:VC isn't going to rekindle anything.

Vice City was a substantial improvement - not only in what you can do, but in the depth of the game itself.
Although much smaller a game, I think that you'll find that as long as you enjoy driving around and killing people, you won't get bored with Vice City as fast as with GTA III.

Lucky fuckling... you get a replay button ;_;
Once i was running away from the cops, and i had two on my tail in the motorcycle. On my 12 i see the vice police comming after me with the FBI tailing it. I gently open fire with my machine gun and flip my front wheel up in the air launching myself over the Vice police car, and over the FBI rancher behind it. God what i would of given for a replay button at that momment

I liked the feel of 3 much better, Vice City had a bunch of new features, but the storyline didn't grab me nearly as much. Pretty much all I do with it is drive around killing people. Also, the bright colors hurt my eyes and just generally annoyed me. Also, the main character talking kind of ruined it for me.
