Can the PS2 use a computer monitor right out of the box? All the monitors I have don't have any inputs, just the usual power cable and output cable.
You need to purchase the Linux kit to get VGA-out, IIRC. You may be able to find an NTSC -> VGA converter, but that's somewhat unlikely (since most work the other way)
