Q3- Favorite Weapon?

I personally love the shotgun. Excellent at close to medium range, and if you run into someone around the corner, you can pop em with a reflex shot, and not frag yourself like you would with a rocket launcher. Anyways, I prefer infighting- the closer I am to my target, the better

The railgun. The most elegant weapon in the whole FPS genre, in my opinion, and the one that requires the most sheer amount of skill and practice to perfect it.

RAILGUN!!!!
RL's okay for medium range, and the High-ROF guns are good for short-to-long range, and shotgun's excellent for point-blank gibfests, but there's nothing like the Railgun for sheer skill-power! The BFG's good for attracting unwanted attention unless you use it for shoer 2-3 shot bursts. Then it's grand! Watch out for that camper with the Railgun tho...

If it's instagib, then obviously a railgun. However, the tried and true weapon is still my trusty rocket launcher. Oh yeah, nothing like a good ol game of pinball on some spawn campers. TILT!!!

Rocket Launcher. I've gotten so used to aiming near a target rather than at the target itself that it's sometimes hard to adapt...

Rocket launcher with the plasma gun a close second. Nothing beats watching your opponent try to avoid a virtual shower of plasma bolts

Personally i prefer the shotgun, big and chunky, and extremely satisfying duelling with a guy with a railgun at close range and winning, then gibbing the body afterwards.
As cool as the railgun is, at close range railing someone's throat isnt as satisfying as getting all the shotgun pellets in their throat.

That and the splash damage from the weapon.

I can't really say that I have a favorite. I've played using everything, and gotten frags with everything. I seem to be best at the rocket launcher and railgun, though.
Although it is kind of funny to get frags with the machinegun. It is the wimpiest weapon in the game, next to the gauntlets, but it's still potent in the right hands...

MG=EXCELLENT Camper-Rooter-Outer. See a camper making everyone's life hell at the top o' the map? Whip out the MG and zoom in on the m0f0. Then simply place the dot on the e-tard's center of mass and mash the trigger. He'll probly start thinking "WTF!!?" and start dodging and wiggling, which won't help his aim any. If you're lucky or good, he'll be dead in about twenty bullets.
Watch out for peckerheads with rocket launchers and a burning desire to shove a rocket up your ass...
