Networking issues

Okay, I might as well see if anyone can help me out. I've got a DSL connection and a Linksys router sharing it among 3 computers. When behind the router, none of the computers can access certain sites, like bbs.stardestroyer.net (to which I'm posting via an anonymous proxy service), www.macosxhints.com and www.applesolutions.com. When I plug my machine directly into the modem, the sites load without any trouble. I cannot ping them from behind the router (my requests time out), nor can I traceroute to them (the traceroute dies after the 12th or 13th hop). I am able to resolve the sites' IP addresses, however, so it's not a DNS problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you using Windows clients?

That's fricking bizarre. Have you asked at Ars about this, or called Linksys tech support? PracticallyNetworked has some forums, too.

We have a Linksys 4-port/802.11b router that works perfectly here at home...

2 Windows machines, 1 Mac OS X box (mine). I think Ars is my next stop.

If you must, you can always buy another NIC and turn your OSX box into a NAT router
