I have an IBM Aptiva with an AMD K6 in and i`d like to put in a CD-Rom burner in,but before buying one can someone tell me wich brand can i get that will be compatible with it,without making the PC crash i bought it in October 2000.

Does IBM make CD-B's?

This should be in GC. That said, any ATAPI CD-R should work.
