Well, a little read seems to indicate that whoever wrote the article is a bit of a moron on the topics he's spouting...

Yes, I've heard of it. I've also yet to hear a bad thing about it.

Unfortunateley, we'll have to wait for ther modders to add necrons, as they'd push the rating up to an 18 (gauss weapons)
