Personally, i'm hoping for an SG1 FPS.

Yeah, perhaps a starfury based game would be cool, or perhaps one with a homewrold set up where you can take over the ships a la dungeon keeper.

It wouldve been cool to see a red dwarf game too.

Honor Harrington wouldn't really work as a space sim. The combat is all wrong for that. Maybe a shooter or some sort of strategy game.

Starship Troopers: Terran Ascendenscy. Not a bad game actually, lots of bug blasting with your squad.
