Yup, it is, formely known as X-Isle, but it is a game - get the E3 trailer from http://www.3dgamers.com it totally rocks.

Yeah he does. And there's a guy with an OICW and Landwarrior system too. Why he'd want to use that in a place with sand, water and dirt who knows...

Probably because, despite the games eye candy, the game doesn't take into consideration those factors.
