Ragnarok Online

Having had this game recommended to me by several people, I must now ask a burning question:

Why, why, why, is this game becoming 'the most popular MMORPG' of all time? It blows. Hard.

I've heard of it. I think. I know of most games fairly well, especially if they're "the most popular MMORPG of all time." So that's saying something.

And it's also P2Play now.
Honestly, it was fairly boring. Walk around, ctrl-click on a enemy, watch them fight, collect what drops. Repeat until you level up or die, then go into down sell stuff, get better eq. Then again.

There wasn't even any PK. I've played better text-based games.

It probably depends on the GM's too. Here in pRO (Philippines), we regularly have town invasions, novice races, and other events to spice things up.
