I was going to use the map editor once to make a few cool levels I had in mind, but I read the disclaimer and I changed my mind.

Basically, since you're using their tool, and making a map for their game, they claim intellectual ownership of any extra stuff you make for the game. Maps, mods, all kinds of crap... if you make a truly astonishing map, they can take it, label it and sell as a new expansion and even claim that they did it - and the maps themselves don't appear to be compiled or anything, just the document form, so they can just easily open for editing and copying.
