I just want to say a couple of things...

1) Advanced Wars 2 is the shit. Go buy it now. Go buy a Game Boy Advanced if you don't have one, then go get Advanced Wars 2.

2) After the first three missions, my score was literally 1337.

Need money to buy...

The damage ratios are still the same, right?

Sami all the way! Victory March rules!

Same ratios but some generals have different levels of equipment then others.

It's overall pretty cool and diverting.

I know. Sami has sub-par direct units but compensates with better infantry and mechs and faster transports. Whereas Grit has massively overpowered range units but crap for everything else. I just meant can I use the units (except the Neotank) the way I did in the original game.

Lightning Strike is hella cheap now. There's no offense/defense penalty for using it.

True...but one geek(I think for the Olaf's army) gets just cheaper overall units. Cheaper in price...cheaper in quality(unlike how some general just have persay specilization)

I think Adder(one of the Black armies generals) and Hachi also gets a similar ability.

Colin and Hachi both have cheaper units, but while Colin is penalized for this (the opposite of Kanbei), I think Hachi's units are on par with Andy's.

No, that just extends movement range. Sami's infantry and mechs do that, as does Max's direct units. I'm talking about Eagle's ability to move any non-infantry unit twice in one turn, effectively doubling his army for that turn. In the first game the power drastically lowered his offense/defense ratings to compensate, allowing Max or Grit to do over 200% damage with their strongest units, but it appears they've gotten rid of that.

Colin kinda makes up for it with Power of Money, if you use it right it's the best CO power in the game.
