Ok, I recently got my hands on Aberrant Player Guide. And it went into 4th, 5th, and 6th level quantum powers.

Some 5th level abilities are, Time Travel, Ecological Supremacy (You have control of a planets ecology), and Geological Supremacy (Same as Ecological only with geology stuff.

6th level is where characters become Gods.

Creation Ex Nihilo: The character creates solid, liquid and gaseous matter out of nothing and complex forms from simple ones.

Planck Scaling: The character magnifiesthe realm in which all normal physical laws break down.

Quantum Inferno: The character unleashes huge quantaties of quantum energy in a destructive form. (You can destroy a planet)

Universe Creation: The character CREATES A NEW UNIVERSE.

Damn, Aberrant is EVIL.

On the plus side, unless your gamemaster is really lenient, getting ANY of those will require literally dozens of adventures. 50-60 is the guesstimate in the Player's Guide, and that's assuming they really go above and beyond.

But yes, these all exist. Creation Ex Nihilo and Universe Creation feature prominently in the Official Storyline.
