Warcraft III Collector's Box

Post by David »

Picked it up the other day for $45 plus another $5 for the strategy guide. Pretty nice set, music track is kinda lame though. Anybody else have it? (the collectors set that is.

I didn't think SWG was old enough for a Collector's Set...

*waiting for the Jedi Knight Ultimate Edition, then figures it's probably too old to play on new computers in it's original form and would thus have to get assraped with "updated" graphics and gameplay, making it suck horribly*

Well, nevermind then.

It was one of those $80 special collector's edition things at release. They've done it for a few other games IIRC. Anyways, it came with a bunch of extra little stuff and this nifty artwork book, plus an Old-School Size Box.

The FT music is much better imo.
Devolution is quite as natural as evolution, and may be just as pleasing, or even a good deal more pleasing, to God. If the average man is made in God's image, then a man such as Beethoven or Aristotle is plainly superior to God, and so God may be jealous of him, and eager to see his superiority perish with his bodily frame.

I've got it. Bought it the first chance I got and don't regret it. Got a sweet deal on it, only cost me sixty bucks. I like the sound track and the artwork books pretty cool. Haven't gotten around to watching the DVD.

I bought the collectors set the day it came out along with BF1942. I played WC3 twice and BF1942 for about the next 6 months.

Conclusion: WC3 was about the largest amount of money I wasted on a game since.... well ever.
