But where are IE favorites stored so I can import them to Opera?

Should be in your windows directory.....c:\windows\favorites?

If you're on 2K or XP, they're located as a collection of shortcuts in I have no idea how Opera saves its bookmarks, but if it's like Netscape's bookmark.htm file you might want to look for a converter. Microsoft used to have one, dunno if they do anymore.

Actually, you import your bookmarks from IE to Mozilla while Mozilla is running..
