Strange IE problem

I'm having a problem while accessing web boards. It appears as though IE wants to use previously cached copies of the board and individual threads and pages, so that I have to hit the refresh button in order to see new posts. Any ideas?
EDIT:
Upon further examination it appears that this has been occurring with all web sites, only I didn't notice it until it happened with this board. Hmmm...

happened to me before I just clear out the cached files and works fine for me.

You may need to force IE to check the page every time.

It appears to be working... for now.

This terminal outperforms your capitalist versions in the amount of revolutionary literature available on the hard drive. Victory will be ours, as soon as the reboot completes.
What, it has crashed again. Curses.

Bah, puny terminals. They are weak and rely on the server for their workings.
Besides, this capitalist computer has access to the complete revolutionary literate of your communist, the Maoists, that of Kim Jong-Il and the counter-revolutionists at my fingertips.

Give in to the dark side.

But is the master server constantly monitoring all terminals throughout your HAB fief for unorthodox behavior? No.

This used to happen to me. Then I switched to Opera.

Tisk tisk. Such mechanisms are so ... archaic. There is no need to constantly watch over my people in a Big Brother method. I have the Total Information Awareness system to unravel the enemy instead.
Besides, the ones with grossly unorthodox behaviors are easy to catch even in Herr Sheppard's land. One must use more sophisticated tools to catch the true villians.

Tools->Internet Options...->General->Tempprary Internet Files->Settings->Check For Newer version of stored pages.
Bump it up to always, and it should always try and get the newer version.

You also might want to check to see if your ISP isn't caching the net for you...

You are incapable of hacking our computers, because ours are so old that our technicians would rapidly notice the anomalous punch-cards and magnetic tape being used and fix it.
