I had the same problem, I also got some message about needing an additional plug in or something like that.

Well then please provide another player and a version of the trailer which functions with it.

That's ok, I fixed it, I just went to the site, and then I downloaded a new copy.

Hurrah, for I too can now be confused by the new Matrix thing.

Warner Brother's servers are completely overloaded and you might be getting incomplete or corrupted files. I had to use a download tool (wget) to get the trailer ZIPped up.

My problem is that I can't see any trailers from the net. All I get is a broken Quicktime icon. But if I were to download said trailer then I'd be able to view it? Even if I uninstall QT and install a newer version, I still get that broken QT icon. This sucks, 'cuz I can't see any of the trailers.

If you get the broken icon it usually means that QT has some problem connecting to the server. If you go into the QT Control Panel, usually there's a section for connection. You could try setting it to HTTP Port 80.

That's one of the main reasons it sucks donkey balls.
