The Imperator Star Destroyer for Rifts
Just for the sake of my personal amusement, using very low-end scaling, only the figures I can somewhat nail down:
Main Body M.D.C. 10 trillion(U.S. trillion, 12 zeros, on the theory that a 200 gigaton turbolaser hitting bare hull would destroy the whole ship)
Force Field M.D.C. 1 quadrillion M.D.C. per side
Bridge window M.D.C. 1 million (from A-wing impact in RotJ)
Weapons:
(8 ) eight-barreled heavy turbolsers: Damage 3d6x1 trillion M.D.C. each barrel: rate of fire, 7 per melee round(every 2 seconds)
And TIE fighters have something like 50,000+ M.D.C. as well, as do AT-ATs.

I'm sorry, balanced? Rifts? Since When? Its not my fault that their scaling makes it so that kiloton range weapons can kill Space Battleships. Its not like Carella carefully analyses the balance of power before publishing his latest Munchkin-fest.
I've gone to that site for years. I've also seen one where a butt-residing anal-monkey only gave the Executor 10,000 M.D.C Main Body.
And their canon material admits that Phase World, and by extension, all of rifts, doesn't have the firepower to deal with collapsed matter armor, in the Three Galaxies Sourcebook.

And AT-ATs would barely stand up to tanks.
You see, the MDC problem only is a problem when dealing with Spacecraft. On the ground, RIFTS tends to mangle many conventinal Sci-Fi.

Rifts mangles everything. Rifles do as much damage as tank cannon, and an F-14 can be taken out by a single pistol shot. Nuclear missiles won't destroy an aircraft carrier unless at least 20 hit, and interstellar spaceships take weeks to travel from Earth to the Moon. I'm pretty much fed up with Kevin Siembieda's company, and I'm working on converting all the Coalition stuff to a system I like better.

You can convert all you want, but don't even think about putting it on a website (unless the provider is legally enlightened) because the asshole tends to shut down everything he can about his game that he doesn't like. I'll put up the full legal disclaimer that Palladium says they want on everything that's based on their work. I'll offer it only as downloadable files, not putting it right up on the Net. And if they get bitchy, I'll pull it down and offer it only by e-mail (and probably with a rather nasty series of comments about the censorship practices of Kevin Siembieda). Yeah, specially for skills you'll never use. Other than "mega-weapon use".
For certain classes, they even let you choose between skills like "first-aid" and "surgery", which is just like first-aid but better. So if you're stupid you can go ahead and choose the first one if you're one of those classes, or just go for "first-aid" if it's the only one available

Gee Samas, maybe the fact that everything other than that Coalition Navy book fails to support Multi-kiloton weaponry at all? Maybe because Siembieda's math has always been shitty, since hand-rifles do as much damage as heavy vehicular weapons produced by the same tech base? Maybe because a 100 kiloton warhead apparently produces the same damage as a weapon with a fifty foot blast radius?
Apparently a kiloton is 2d4 M.D.C., so a recoilless rifle in Heroes Unlimited is about a 1 kiloton weapon. Bull-fucking-shit.
