Release will be on 16 September.

You can now have unit badges for multiplayer. They must be 64x64 Targa (TGA) files uncompressed and at 24 or 32 bit color. Alpha channels are used but black areas in that alpha channel may be considered transparent.

Wait 2-3 months to decode the file formats, then 4-6 for Zeelich to port his work over.

Between this, Boktai, and Half-Life 2, there is no way I am going to pass any of my classes.

Errr...one of HW2s chief selling points was it's ease of moding compared
to the original HW

Do you want to know how long it took to decode HW's formats, beyond the .shp files?

Even if its completely published and well-documented, it'll take time to master the formats.

Hell, Total Annihilation, with one of the easiest-to-mod engines ever, took a good amount of time to master all the things you could do.

Why don't any of the good games come out in the summer, dangit? Here I am, going back to school, and Republic, Homeworld 2 and a couple others come out! Gr....

As for modding, the other stuff did take a long time but on the other hand weren't the most important stuff *.shp files and the models, which 3d exploration took care of already?
