ok here are the stats on an Imperator Class Star Destroyer have fun play testing this brute out in SFB

weapons 8 ph42 FX arc

20 ph 1 fx arc

10 ph 1 ra arc

20 ph g fx arc

10 ph g ra arc

10 g drone racks 3 releaods

shields 200 each side front has 250

90 points of warp power and 60 points impulse available

200 points of structure

speed of 1/6 and power loss doesnt affect weapons all can still fire until destroyed

72 fighters 10 admin shuttles only replace ph 3 with 2 ph 1 and add 10 shield boxes

Still far too weak. Shields should in all honesty have thousands of points per side.

On the other side, it shouldn't be warp capapble at all, and should be limited to speed 1 unless it does a hyper jump.

This is a Star Destroyer for use in a game of SFB thus the weaker stats and such. sure you can beat it but it will be a bitch of a fight

Fair enough, but it should still be limited to speed 1, with the hyperdrive acting something like an uber-displacement device in a straight line ahead of the ship.

forgot to add creww of 2000 units 900 units of marines 10 tractor beams and 30 repair.

Game masters can set the speed how they want this is just a guideline

More like crew of 3700, and 1900 units of Marines, with I don't know how many heavy weapons and commando squads included. Of course, the lack of transporters would tend to help offset this in a ship-to ship engagement.
Oh well, game balance must prevail I guess.
:(

Off-topic, how many SIDS do you think the Imperator would have in F&E?

hmmm SIDS((havent played F+E in a while sorry))10? I did figure the coiunter would be something like this

200 ISD2
72
9GCE

Given the combat factors of the ISD, it would probably be more like 70 SIDS, since its almost six times as powerful as your average SB, and they get 12 uncrippled I think. How many repair points do you think it could generate in F&E towards fixing those?

4 and it can stay out of supply for 10 turns

And if it can't conquer a planet to act as a supply point in that time, clearly Daala is in command.

At least as many SIDS as a SB...

well I used the weapons from SFB to arm this thing what 8 ph4s on a mobile platform that can fire EVERY turn aren`t scarry enough?

Hell, I'm frightened. That's enough firepower from those eight guns to almost guarantee a kill on just about any heavy cruiser it closes to range ten with. Even if it should honestly be higher, we don't want it so you have to have the entire Federation navy to fight it, its enough of a pain in the ass managing 10-12 ships in that system.

How many armor points does it get anyway?

well I said 200 structure so that shuld cover the armor as well as for labs and sensors and probes use your judgment . Did I give it the right launch racks to simulate concusion missles or Proton torpedoes?

Is this the starfleet Battles that had the map made of hexes with a nebula in the middle?

Preuming that for some reason of game balance, you are giving it equivalent speed to SFB, yes. If its going to be a speed 1 monstrosity, then by necessity, its missiles shouldn't be greater than speed 1 either.

well I gave it a formula of 6 power 1 mp maneuver D this was to well let it move on par with SFB ships. Be Glad this isn`t the executor 24 ph4s are bad for your health

I'm surprised nobody's tried making an SFB-like system for the Star Wars universe.

I once saw a Borg Cube SSD that was four pages long. Well you aligned the pages into a sqaure for one big SSD. That would make the Executor SSD the size of my living room floor. :P
