I FOUND HIM!

I found the Emporer on Naboo in SW Galaxies. He has this retreat in the mountains guarded by At-St's, Dark Troopers and Stormies. You have to do some missions to be able to see him, but it is worth the music, Emporer theme from ROTJ. Also occupying the building are Captain Thrawn and Colonel Veers. By the way the crimson guard look badass up close.

Cool. The Emperor is a really mean dude, but that's why we love him.
So, is SWG supposed to take place before or after Zaarin tries to kidnap Palpatine?

I've got screenshots of me standing with Royal Guards, and I even have one of me kneeling before Lord Vader. Muwhahahahahahaha.
