Punching ICQ file transfers through NAT routers

Does anybody have any idea what ports I need to open to get ICQ to route file transfers through a NAT router? I know I can do it easily if I use the DMZ option in the router configuration page, but I swear that I was able to get it running before while it was still behind NAT.

I think these were the settings I had when it was working...the top is the Virtual Servers option, the bottom is the Application Gateway option.

Sorry, but I haven't used ICQ in, well, forever, so I can't recall what ports to use.
