Here it is

I had my eyes set on a DFI NFII Lanparty, but I'm not sure the price is worth it. Is there a significant difference between this version and the Lanparty version to justify the approx. $80 US price difference?

Btw, I'm planning on using it with a 2800+ XP (Barton), so I'm looking for pretty good performance but at a decent price.

I never heard of DFI so I'd be wary of it. That being said, here is the product listing on DFI's website.

I'd avoid it for the very fact that it uses AC '97 on-board sound. You can get better for approximately the same price, and actually get GOOD on-board sound.

DFI reviewed by Tom's

Tom's Hardware seems to think highly of the Lanparty version...

Actually, it might use nVidia's Soundstorm in hardware, but the software interface to it would be AC97. Other cards use a RealTek PHY or something like that.
