Worst one? We are 1st level people in a Palladium game, just coming into our superpowers, which activate at random during the course of play, and we are having to fight sixth level super bastards, with their full capabilities. The Gm had an obnoxious D20 that critted about 5x more than statistics would dictate, and he was using the Middle Earth Crit tables, resulting in repeated character deaths, which he took far too much joy in.
