Something wrong with my site

Ok I am having problems with my webpage. I just converted a bunch of it over to a new host. But there shouldn't be any problems with what I'm having problems with. See, on the
third page I am using frames, and the left frame is set to scrolling="auto" which should make it have a scroll bar or something on the left hand frame. However, it doesn't and I don't know why. And it doesn't scroll at all unless I highlight and drag in IE.
Help?

Shows a working scrollbar for me in both IE6 and Mozilla, both at 1024x768, so it's not the resolution. Odd...

Well, I have IE6 and Opera, and it doesn't show a scrollbar in either...

As I am sure Hyperion can tell you, my comp is a POS. It somehow has resolved itself. [growls]
