Opera and setting cookies

Uhm.. I don't know why, but my Opera 7.2 isn't setting cookies properly. First it was LiveJournal and deviantART (about a week and a half ago when I cleared everything)... but now it's not saving cookies for Hotmail. It keeps them for all my message board though.. What can I do to fix this?

I take it there is either no way to fix this or no one knows how...?

Check the cookie settings. Set it for "accept all cookies", "accept from all servers", and uncheck all the option boxes in the cookie menu. See if this works.

I'm just going to assume that no one knows what's wrong. I haven't changed any settings since before I upgraded to Opera 7.2. I was dealing with this since BEFORE 7.2. And I'm still dealing with it now. I've noticed quite a few views on this topic and all of one reply.. I really would like to know what I can do to fix this problem.. would I have to reinstall Opera...?
