Please, please, please let it come to PC too. Or else I shall despise Lionhead for the rest of my days.

For me, it would just be another strike against them, after the whole "Black and White is essentially a sequel to Populous" BS.

Still, Fable looks quite interesting, and depending on reviews I might even consider buying an X-box (and an S-controller) to get it and those two or three other good games on X-box so far.

Indeed, Fable and BC (the other game by Moleneux's studios) look quite good. I am also looking forward to Sudeki which looks like Final Fantasy for the Xbox.

Interesting. I couldn't get the movie to play, but the website showed a game with some serious promise.

A pity it's for the X-Box though. That means I'm not going to get it any time soon at all, and by that point the net will be swarming with spoilers. :(

It seems a bit....ambitious, though....Most, if not all XBrick games are one disk....i don't see how all that shit is going to fit...
I don't know if it's a proprietary thing or if its just because it's in DVD format and they just haven't made a game big enough yet...I hope it's multiple disks. ol' Petey should spare no expense on this game...it has amazing potential, IMHO (And it looks as if a keyboard/mouse interface won't be necessary or that a controller-based scheme would fuck up the game any! )

Game data is smaller than you'd think.

Oh no, now the X-Box will have three good games to rival the PS2...

Please. I had a PS2, bought an XBox, got spoiled on the graphics and sound, then I went and bought kingdom hearts (2?) for PS2, played it and nearly gagged. I couldn't take the shitty (Relatively shitty, of course) graphics anymore. Yes, I love a good-looking game. Time for a PS3, IMHO.

I guess i'm a Tim Taylor kinda guy, More POWER! to wit:
PS2
CPU: 128 Bit "Emotion Engine"
System Clock: 300 MHz
System Memory: 32 MB Direct Rambus
Memory Bus Bandwidth: 3.2 GB per second
Co-Processor: FPU (Floating Point Multiply Accumulator x 1, Floating Point Divider x 1)
Vector Units: VU0 and VU1 (Floating Point Multiply Accumulator x 9, Floating Point Divider x 1)
Floating Point Performance: 6.2 GFLOPS
Compressed Image Decoder: MPEG2

CPU/System Memory:

Intel Pentium III Processor (733Mhz).
64MB RAM.
Graphics:
300 MHz Xchip by Microsoft and nVIDIA.
300,000,000 micropolygons/particles per second.
1920x1080 maximum screen resolution.
Sound:
64 Audio channels.
Midi/DLS2 support.
AC3 encoded game audio.
Media/Data Storage:
4x DVD-ROM.
8 GB hard disk drive.
8 MB memory card.
Periphals/Miscellaneous:
DVD Movie Playback.
Expansion Port.
4 Controller Slots.

What does this mean to me?
Well, with my narrow neanderthal-esque field of vision I saw
(733Mhz). vs. 300 MHz
64MB RAM. vs. 32 MB Direct Rambus
built-in hi-speed internet connectivity vs. not.
4 controller ports vs. not.
8GB HD vs. not.
small library of shitty games (1 good one) vs. huge library of many games I really like.
I could go on...but that would count as fucking spam, I think...but you get the picture. I just really love my xbox and all it's eccentricities.

Well, truth be told that I prefer the PS2 system and titles. But truth also be told I'm not that much of a gamer.

Just FYI, when someone uses :D , , or :P , it usually means that they're joking. :)
