WinXP task manager gone crazy, only displays processes now

That's what it looks like now
About a week ago I fingers slipped and pressed some keys while it was open, so that probably caused it
I have no idea how to fix this, all the key combos I've tried have failed

That happened to me last week and I couldn't fix it.
Then I formatted.
Now it's fixed.
And what the holy fuck is going on with that image?

I dropped the gif down to 2 colors to save space on my host provider
