Ok something fucked up just happend

I was going to get into my internet option but I can't for some dumbarse reason it says to contact the System administrator but thats me GODDAMNIT FUCK!!!!!! I really could use some help

Thing to do: find out what the problem is, see if you can change it. If not, see if there is an admin account too and log onto that and see if you can change it.
If there is no administrator account beyond yours, go and fuck about with your internet settings for hours on end until something works. That's what i do.
You should probably google stuff before you mess with it. I always forget to do that.

A quick question: Are you using IE?
If yes, try going through the desktop icon (right click > properties).
Having only recently done this myself, I forgot that I locked IE from being changed within the browser and that may be what's been done in your case. If not, well, I can't help you.

Right clicking on IE and it says contact administrator?

You said that it tells you to contact the system admin, but then you said that that is you.
So you would be contacting yourself.

How about getting HijackThis and posting a log, or DLing and running SpybotSD? That *MIGHT* fix it...
