I think we should be allowed to counter sue stupid people like this....for example this court case probably pushed back a very important case wasting everyones time. What do you think? I mean since people can sue for any reason why not just join in the fun! Lets sue everyone!

How did the kids get the weapons from the locked room?
And you would think that at the age of 14 and 16, you would at least *know* that shooting someone like this would be wrong.

Hm, lets see....
Lets launch a suit against the US military for thier game and promoting shooting people in the aid of government agendas....
Or, I know, Command And Conquer for isnpiring the use of tanks and C4 on buildings....I'm sure Tom Clancy should get sued for his book Debt of Honour inspiring Al Queda to fly into buildings!
Lets see if we can play "Six Degree's of Lawsuit" see how tortured a connection you can make to sue someone for something.

Half the time they don't even check for IDs! They just hit enter to get past the message to get the line moving along faster. Going by their logic, Wal-Mart is just as liable because they sell the damn things to underage kids!

I say it's irresponsibility on both the teens' and the parents' parts. But of course, who are you going to get millions from if you blame it on that?
