Well, the first one refers to Darl McBride, CEO of SCO Group. He's the one behind the recent shenanigans where SCO has been suing the ass of everybody and everything involved with Linux over ludicrous "intellectual property" claims.
The second one... well, Steve Ballmer is now CEO of Microsoft, and has been in that position since Gates stepped down. You should be able to do the math...

Gates is no longer in charge of Microsoft?
What's he doing now? (If he's doing anything - I think he could live off his Microsoft fortune for centuries)

He's still up there, on the board of directors or something. He's just not CEO anymore.
