C&C Generals Zero Hour players are fucking loosers

Post by Alyeska »

Ok, so I can't get a decent ping tonight. I try and join some games and EVERYONE fucking gives me the boot. Do they ask me to leave because of my ping? No, they fucking kick me period. I can't get a single fucking game and all the fucking hosts are pricks who don't even have the decency to ask someone to leave.

What the fuck is wrong with people.

Yeah, whenever I hosted I always asked them to leave before booting them, but if the increase in lag is extreme, then you can't really blame them for acting hastily.

I guess that C&C players are just assholes. My dad loves C&C. So i encouraged him to play on the Net against humans to add a new dimension to the gameplay. Every game he tried to join he was booted and the few that did let him join ganged up on him.

That's why comp-stomps were a good idea, having two human players against four Brutal AIs is a good way to promote teamplay. And you're right, CnC:G does attract hundreds of assholes.

I love Generals, but I don't play it online for this exact reason. One guy told me that my style sucked and quit on me. My own goddamn teammate. I feel like I want to hurt them sometimes. :?

Hey, reminds me of those pussy assed newbie hunters on SC. So my friends and I bacme... newbie hunter hunters... We would create games of "newbies only!" for 2v2 or ffa, and 80% of the time we'd get someone that was *far* from being a newbie, but would try to act like it. Some didn't bother to use a seperate account and would have this obviously large record of a non-newbie and were just trying to pad thier records, but for others...Me and my friend found a program to check IPs of people that joined our games and would give us any seperate accounts they made. So we'd go along with the game as newbies and such, and when they attacked, obviously with a force not built by a newbie - they'd get unexpected resistance and me and my friend would crush them. That was actually kind of fun cause we would get challenging games, but I can't really remember actually loosing any... It was fun hunting assholes!

When a real newbie did join we'd just set a few comps and help them out. ;)

Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will

Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles."
