Need help concerning /(#/$@ advertisement

I need some help.
My webspace provider had build in some advertisment, which is really bad placed. Then I saw, that when I come to my side via my url and not the direct way, I didn't appear. Can you say me, what you result is:
http://www21.brinkster.com/tribun/index.html
Then Advertisement appers.
http://www.joachim-h.de
then it doesn't.
What happens when you enter my site this two ways?
