Woot. I just got my sealed copy of Einhander. Finally! I've been waiting for like 5 years to play this game. I've only played the short demo on the psx demo cd.

Sweet, but hard shooter.

einhander's a nifty shooter. hard as fuck but nifty. wish copies of it were easier to come by. . . .

I have einhander....I gave up on it, though...makes Life Force look like a whining slug in Nevada.

yup. it's a little gem produced by squaresoft a few years back for the PS1. if you can find a copy snag it. errrm. . . .it was something other than a game?

I hope not. I'm not sure if he's the kind of person who'd name himself after a game where you're known for skillfully working your big gun with one hand.

pussies! i just completed it on hard. the trick is, that you have to get the juno (enhanced vulcan) and the flash (laser) asap. then you can move on to acomplish 15 side missions in one game and you´ll be awarded the first secret fighter, the "schabe" (the police ships from the first level) which gives the game a complete new face. or actually an old face. instead of having these extra guns you upgrade your gunship and the normal shot becomes larger.

now my final goal is to complete the game on hard without losing more than 3 continues, and the secrete fighter no 2 will be mine.
unfortunally i just bought a psII and lost interest in the psI´s crapy grafics.

Oh yeah, Einhander is a gem alright, right up there with Radiant Silvergun and Bangai-O

I had a demo of this game a while back (when I rented the GitS game and Jumping Flash, both really awesome). Einhander was a fucking awesome game.
