The stupidest problem ever... (saving pics)

Post by InnerBrat »

OK, so I'm using IE6, and I'm not chnaging, because everything else I've tried even slighlty useable (like Mozilla, which I prefer) causes my computer to crash and eats up memory like no one's business.

BUt when I go to save a picture, it won't let me save it as anything but a bitmap. At all. Even animated gifs.

How do I fix this?

Heard about this. Deleting the Temp Internet Files is meant to solve it.

Get a computer that won't crash at the drop of a hat. Then use Mozilla.

*hugs for phongn* than you.
*cookie for Sharp-Kun*. You were right, although I needed to delete the damaged files as well.

lazerus: you're useless. I've had problems with Mozilla on all computers I've worked with it on. The only solution Systems Support had for me last time was to extend my quote. I'm not buying extra RAM/hard disk just because Mozilla's a bugger.
