What's sad is that there's no punishment for such false accusations, so anyone can sue "just in case they win" :roll:

Then they fuck it up and they just go home and say "damn I could have made millions".

Well in a case like this you could counter-sue for lost revenue(and or expenses) due to a falsely filed lawsuit.

Well IBM has countersued already, and no one is willing to buy anything from SCO, so they are toast.

I think this SCO debacle serves as a standing rebuttal to the notion that corporate policymakers must necessarily be more intelligent than your average moron.
