It's as if Nintendo and Microsoft are fighting for scraps thrown from Sony's table

Tsk, tsk, you should know better then to take Nintendo's word for this. Especially since Xbox numbers aren't public yet. :P

Or maybe everybody already has a PS2 or XBox and because the Gamecube is so cheap, they decided to pick one up too.

We did incredibly well in 2003 on both of our hardware systems. In fact, we basically won 2003
Pretty high boasting...

Especially considering that they lost so many software ports that went to Xbox and PS2. It might be interesting to compare the Gamecubes software sales with that of the Xbox (seeing as how that is what really matters).

Yes, the Gamecubes are selling SO well, that they even stopped production of them for a few months to try and clear out all the warehouses!

Oh, wait... :P

I remember playing the old zelda on the NES I could shell out that cash just to play that game so getting a console and a bunch of other games is worth it. But I have to wait untill next paycheck...

I actually once got a rebate, I believe for the government because Nintendo was overcharging with thier games. I remember when Super Mario 3 came out, it was not 50, not 60, not 70, but 80 dollars, no less, the most expensive game I ever got.

Does it really matter to us if Nintendo is beating out Microsoft? I mean, as long as the games are fun, everybody's a winner.

Ain't nothing wrong with Nintendo or that Zelda bonus disc (which I have!!). It doesn't matter that I suck shit at Zelda and have only beaten Majora's Mask, arguably the easiest of the Zelda franchise, the games are just fun.

Except if one of them goes bankrupt, then we lose. Really I think Nintendo screwed up big when they switched to mini-discs from cartridges.

Wind Waker was much easier than Majora's Mask, if more time consuming.

I want Zelda bonus disc #2!

I believe that they used mini-discs to prvent piracy or something along the lines of that. I say they screwed up when deciding to use cartidges for the N64. While they are more durable than CDs, they lack the capabilities of them.

It amazes me that a company that was more blatently anti-competative then Microsoft could win and keep so many fans. Sure, I love Nintendo games and I always will. Doesn't change the fact that they pissed me off with their behavior so much during the 80's and early 90's that I hapilly ran into the open arms of Sony.

#2 as in, the one that came after Zelda64/UraZelda. The one that's currently being promoted. You know, the one you people apparently have already. *glares*
