I don't normally come to the game forum so I don'y know if there was a thread on this or not. Just wondering if there is anyone else out there who plays this game. I got the PC version and have been playing for over a year now. Love the mods that are available, must be running about 50 of um now. Anyone else play?

I did for a while. However, Archery plus Azura's star makes the game waaaaaaay too easy.
Didn't like Tribunal a whole lot.

Played the Game, Beat Tribunal, Beat Bloodmoon, NEVER EVER BEAT THE MAIN QUEST
Argh, Got to the point I was god-like with Archery and Spell-craft, sept for running out of mana real quick fighting damn near anything so I always had to use Archery, Tried going sword and shield, keep getting my ass stoped in multiple mob fights, gave it up, just got my alteration high enough, 5 point jump 10 points Slowfall, 20 second duration, I get two solid jumps in and roughly 27 seconds of mobs being unable to hit me and since it took normaly 3 shots to kill most things, made fighting to easy
Gave up on the game right after I started the Trials of getting them to name me Horiator, got two to call me it, to much Fed-EXing gave up
Started it back up last month, edited in myself a Dai-Katana roughly 2/3 my height, Gave it 15 points to jump(Roughly high enough to jump atop four story buildings) and 1 point in Slowfall(Fall nearly 99% normal fall rate but never take damage opon impact, no mater how high)
Had some with that, Ninja one-shoting people with my giant sword and doing my Ninja jumping around
Got bored of that to Uninstall Yes/No? Yes... Saved Games/Mods to?
yep...

Heretics.
Morrowind kicks an unbelievable amount of ass. Tribunal was kind of meh, but Bloodmoon is great, though I haven't beaten it yet. If you powergame with the god-skills as a few certain posters seem to like to do, then yeah I imagine it would get boring after awhile... I tend to favor medium/heavy armor and long blades characters, and the game is extremely fun and I still play it with a few mods.

I like the game, specially because I can make really large buildings with blocks like some kind of RPG Lego.
Oh and the reason there aren't many fanmade "total conversions" or even partial ones is that the terrain editor is the crappiest thing ever.

Was playing it a couple weeks ago...un fortunatly found too many ways to munchkin, so did a whole bunch of mains and what not, beat regular, Tribunal and Bloodmoon with a character that might as well been called "Superman".
It's fun but needed a wee bit of tweaking on spells

Enchanting made the game away to easy. It is very easy to get insane
stuff with enchanting.

You guys are weak. Monkery is the way to go. Once you get 100+ you can knock out damn near anything with one hit. especially once you get your sneak skill up to 100. Godlike. Just godlike.

Actually I just try to punch things and then kill them when they're down, or watch them drown if we're on shallow water.
That's the way I killed all the Gods - by punching them. After all, an unconscious God can't cast mean spells on you.

First, get a whole bunch of ash yams, alt hide, and/or bloat, like 200 total as well as whatever other miscilanious stuff you can find. Second, have at least a semi-decent alchemy skill. Third, go to the mages guild in Caldera and temporarily borrow the alchemy stuff in the tower. Fourth, make 5 potions of enhance intelligence. Fifth, drink said potions. Sixth, go back to step four if there are materials remaining. Seventh, make potions with your other stuff.
Since your alchemy skill is heavily influenced by your intelligence, as is the power and duration of the potions you make with it, your intelligence will increase exponentially until you run out of ingrediants. Once its insanly high, you can start cranking out potions of, say enhance strength by 10,000 for 20 hours.
Oh, and leave at least 5 potions of intelligence so you can reseed the process if you ever need to.

Pfft that's the hard way of doing it.
All you need is about 1000~1500 gold, and two spells.
1. In the first town a guy sells a spell called Jack of All Trades. Buy this
2. Buy a Soul trap spell.
3. Makes a Spell which is Fortify Ability on Self, with 0-1 sec timer, and Soultrap on target 2(or 1 for PC...if I remember) secs.
4. Go hogwild...though at around 3000 Str stuff swords and stuff start breaking, but pfft...at 10,000 you're death incarante. And remember no speed above 250 or so or you Speedy without control.
