Uh, none.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

I vaguely remember my eyes getting wet during Rinoa and Squall's decent from space in the Ragnarok.

I think I also might have cried when Kefka vaped the world in FFVI, although that was for entirely different reasons.

Aeris' death. While it didn't make me cry, it was just absolutely depressing.

Never cried during a game, Came close once or twice during FF10 but my cynicism kicked in and promted me to remind myself that X happened because Y was dumb enough to do Z

Though I HAVE had a FF song bring a few tears to my eyes, Specificly FFVI's Touchy feely theme(The one they play any time something emotional happens)

Awwww, all you big men, not wanting to admit you cry...

I cry. :)

FF2, where Edward the Bard loses his castle and his fiancee.
FF6/3, Maduin's story, Celes and Locke's story, Cyan's story, Terra losing her powers at the end... the list goes on.
FF7. I was bawling my eyes out as Cloud gently lowered Aeris into the pool.
FF9. The ending, when the world is falling apart around Kuja and Tyne.
FF10. I was bawling my eyes out when Tidus vanishes after Sin/Yu Yevon is defeated.
FFX-2. Happy tears when Tidus returns. :)

I've grown softer in recent years, so if I saw Aeris' death again now, I probably would cry.

But back then, it was just so unexpected and crushing. It affected Utsanomiko worse than me, though. He grew so depressed that he finally stopped short of the final dungeon, and has never actually finished the game.

FF6 definately. Although I was close to it when Dorga and Une died in FF3 and a few other times in the other games.

I would have cried when Aeris was murdered, but some friend of mine had to ruin it for me. I was still in Midgar when somebody tells me, "You don't want to use Aeris." I asked why not, and he says, "Cause she dies."
"What? You mean like at the end?"
"Oh no, it's more Sephiroth impales her at the end of the first disk."
"The FIRST DISK?!? You just RUINED the game for me, you moron!"

I hate it when people do that.

FF7 and aeris' death scene sorta got me a bit emotional, but nothing close to crying.

The 15-minute ending video for FF8 got me emotional, but I didn't cry. I'm a man ... dammit. <breaks down in tears>

FFX's ending got me really emotional. The biggest badass in the world just faded to nothing. Poor Auron.

I'm sure a lot of people said the same thing when those "talkies" came around. Videogames are an art form, and they can evoke emotional responses just as well as a good movie. The difference is the quality of the writing, and that is changing.

I know some of you younglings won't remember this but for us older gamers Phantasy Star II had one of the most shocking character death's ever in an RPG. While i didn't cry when Nei died i was so pissed off that i stopped playing for a couple of days. I know that this has nothing to do with FF but in terms of getting someone emotional i can relate

Thanks for ruining the perfect ending for me (I only got 66% completion.)Since you've already spoiled it, and i'm too lazy to finish the other 40% of the game, mind filling me in?

As for me......

The second vocal number from FFX-2 had me crying, but not for the intended reason.

After I heard yuna's concert, the song was stuck in my head for six days straigt. No matter how hard I tried to get it out, it seemed like nothing short of a drill to the left temple would rid me of it. On the sixth day, I broke out into a mix of insane laughter and hysterical fits of crying.

It's called the Macross Effect. No problem is so huge that some shitty pop music can't overcome it.

Well, you don't even have to get 100 percent to see the good ending. You have to do some things during the game to get the good ending, but to see the complete ending you need 100 percent.

In the good ending, the Fayth visits Yuna in the Farplane after you beat the game and offers to bring Tidus back. You can say yes or no (say yes, obviously). Then, you see all the events of the normal ending plus the credits. After that, you see a nice FMV in Besaid where Tidus swims up from underwater and Yuna arrives on the airship to meet him. Commence happy reunion and such. The game then ends unless you get the perfect ending, in which case you get to see an additional scene at the Zanarkand Ruins where we learn a bit more about how Tidus was able to come back.

You mean crap like this has happned to people before?

Exactly when does the Fayth show up? I've heard that it happnes after the credits. If that's true it would explain why I never saw it....... I never went all the way through the credits because that damnd song started playing. (I thought I was going to go mad.)

It shows up after you kill Vegnagun when you're in the Farplane flower grove. You have to do some stuff within the game however to get it to appear, go check GameFaqs to learn what you need to do since I don't really recall.

And that bit right at the end when of FFX where Yun falls through Tidus as she tries to hug him. And then when she's giving her speach and the "dreams that have faded" bit, that got me really emotional to.

I cried at the end of FFX, not because it was sad, because i realized how much time i wasted on that game
I myself don't care much for FF, so i'm not really gonna respond.. *walks away*
