Ok, so I downloaded a prog that I can use to research statistics for a website, but the exe file I downloaded keeps saying that there's a problem with Windows Installer (either it's not installed or not installed properly). But my Windows Installer DOES work. (Windows XP HE)

Hmm heard of a similar problem a while back.

Then it was an problem with winrar that had messed up windows internal process for extracting files from .cab archives.
