i recall reading outwars terms of service once. if you pimp your link without permission of the place you post it at, won't outwar shut down your account if they receive a complaint about it?

Don't worry about it, just don't do it again. Outwar isn't the only 'game' out there that's basically a giant marketing ploy, either. Keep that in mind when you sign up for these things.
