I consider Quake to be id's red headed stepchild - a boring piece of shit with horrible sound effects and visuals that weren't any better than Doom's (worse considering the generation gap), but you gotta have a peek at this

Tenebrae adds some of the latest visual tech to Quake~ You could consider it a Doom 3 technology demo. It runs like a severed penis in a vagina on my computer, so expect a performance nosedive

Hmmm...interesting...runs fine, but some of the shadows don't quite work right, and the water does some odd things. The guns merge into the walls too.
