new linux box up and running. Processor currentley underclocked due to issues with the ide chain and the need to run in safe mode from the bios. Needless to say, this will be fixed when i'm no longer feeling lazy.

FLYING SHIT MONKEYS. IT WON'T WORK NOW!!! WTF??? It decided not to work, i fuck around with it for a while finally, i figure out that everything is good but apperantley the N Force 2 ethernet controller driver isn't activated. So i open up super user consol, type in modprobe nvnet as it says to do to activate the drivers, and, IT GIVES ME A MASSIVE FUCKING ERROR MESSAGE. It says that there are Un readable, or Unfamiliar or some shit like that symbols and that the module doesn't have a gpl compatible liscence. WTF? IT HAS THE GNU LISCENSE RIGHT IN THE FUCKING FOLDER!!! It then tells me to contact the makers of the driver because they're the only ones who can help me. WTF??? Why's it doing this and how can i make it work?

Unresolved symbols, that's it. I've read the faq in the readme for the drivers, but, it makes no sense to me. It seems to have nothing to do with my situation. Could just be cause i'm stupid tho...
